Recruitment Investments Ltd have engaged the services of Mark Taylor in the role of Non-Executive Commercial Director.
Mark joins us in a consultative role and brings with him a wealth of recruitment knowledge and experience having seen him work for just over 9 years as Sales Director for PMP recruitment and over 7 years with Vital Recruitment as Commercial Director, helping to grow both of these businesses substantially in the temporary labour markets.
Since 2018, Mark has been working as a Director of his own firm, Amber Arms, which provides consultative services to high volume temporary labour users and assists them with developing and building stronger relationships with recruitment agencies whilst imparting a wide range of knowledge in areas such as legislation, supply chain risk, modern slavery and trends in the labour market to name but a few. Mark has built on his already well-known and well-respected reputation to truly become a powerhouse of knowledge in this area.
Mark is also a Responsible Recruitment Toolkit (RRT) consultant, one of only a few in the country. Responsible Recruitment aligns ethical labour practices with achievement of commercial goals to benefit both workers and businesses.
