Will our discussions and negotiations be confidential?

A

All discussions would be held in the strictest confidence and once both parties are confident that there could be a way forward, a mutual non disclosure agreement is entered into.

Are there any fees involved with the process, if I contact you directly?

A

The answer to this is; absolutely not from our side. As a direct buyer, we would engage with you directly and all legal paperwork and required due diligence would be carried out by our retained legal and accountancy partners.

Are there different ways in which we could release equity in our business or is the offer very prescriptive?

A

There are indeed a number of ways in which we could assist. As all of the team are former recruitment business owners, we fully understand that businesses and owners are all unique, and we can therefore discuss bespoke solutions in each case.

If I receive investment or sell some of my shares, would I have to change my successful business practices and follow the rules of a larger group?

A

We fully understand this concern and are aware that some investment organisations will make these demands. The team at Recruitment Investments have no intention of imposing such a formula. We are here to assist your business in any way that you need us.

I would like to sell my business but am concerned that it will not be successful under the direction of new owners. How will the change be managed?

A

As the team have all sold recruitment businesses, we shared that fear and recognise the importance of effective change management. In addition to the experience we have in the Recruitment Investments team, we also have market leading, Interim Managers as part of our network, ready to assist with this process.

I want to sell and have an outstanding management team in place, ready to carry on my successful business. Would they be given the opportunity to fulfil this potential?

Absolutely. We are here to support, both in terms of cash-flow and infrastructure, but would be delighted to nurture talented individuals, already in place.
